Booth Hill news: Voting for candy, picture re-take day, and early dismissal

There are many exciting events coming up at Booth Hill Elementary School over the next week.

The school's book fair was held Oct. 28th and Oct. 29th of this week.  If residents were unable to visit the Book Fair in person, the school invites people to visit the online book fair which is available through Sunday, Nov. 1.

In other news, picture re-take day will be on Monday, Nov. 2 from 9 to 11 a.m.

All Trumbull students in K-5 will be voting on Monday, Nov. 2nd for their favorite Halloween treat. Who will win? Students will choose from chocolate candy, candy corn, glow sticks, or bubble gum.  

The winner will be announced on Wednesday, Nov. 4th.  Remember, every vote counts!

There will be no school on Tuesday, Nov. 3 in honor of Election Day.

Rounding out the week is an early dismissal for afternoon parent conferences Thursday, Nov. 5.
