Wendy Walker, author of the popular novel All is Not Forgotten, will appear at the Trumbull Library, 33 Quality St., on Sunday, Sept. 25, at 2 p.m. The Connecticut resident’s novel has been placed in the company of contemporary best-sellers like The Girl on the Train and Gone Girl and movie rights have already been bought by Oscar-winning actress-producer Reese Witherspoon. Witherspoon’s production company previously snapped up the movie rights to Gone Girl and Wild before they became blockbuster books. All is Not Forgotten tells the suspenseful story of the aftermath of a rape at a high school party in suburban Fairfield County. “We are thrilled to have Wendy appear at the Trumbull Library. Combining an intricate mystery plot with characters who resonate with readers has made her latest novel wildly popular with Trumbull readers,” remarked Jackie Carlino, the Program Coordinator at the Trumbull Library. Books will be available for sale, courtesy of The Fairfield University Bookstore, beginning at 1:30 p.m. The author will be available for signing. The event is free and open to the public.
