Saturday, Oct. 29, from 6 to 9 p.m., the Trumbull Historical Society will present History Ablaze.
The field will be lit up with dozens of jack o' lanterns, while storytellers offer up true tales of Trumbull's haunted past. Inside, the haunted museum will be alive with frights and festive treats. Admission is $5 per person or free admission with each carved pumpkin.
Carved pumpkins with an electric tea light included may be dropped off at the Trumbull Historical Society, 1856 Huntington Turnpike, on Friday, Oct. 28 from 3 to 6 p.m. or Saturday, Oct. 29 from 9 to 2.
Contestants who wish to pick up their pumpkins may do so on Sunday, Oct. 30 between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. For more information, call 203-377-6620 or visit trumbullhistory.org.
