The Cat in the Hat helps Cornerstone Children's Center celebrate 20 years

Cornerstone Children’s Center has announced their 20th anniversary in Trumbull. Their anniversary coincides with Dr. Seuss’ birthday and the celebration of Read Across America, therefore their celebrating revolves around children and literature with guest readers throughout the week including The Cat in the Hat.
“Twenty years ago we came before Trumbull’s Planning and Zoning with our dream of providing the highest quality child day care and education program for Trumbull’s children aged 6 weeks to 8 years and we truly have lived up to our commitment.

Cornerstone benefits the children, their families, the staff and the community. Cornerstone kids enter kindergarten well prepared for the challenges that await them.

They have a competent, well-trained staff who hold a record of longevity. They teach the children by example how to care for each other, our property, our neighborhood and the community at large. This year they have installed solar electric, doing our part to conserve our planet’s resources.

Lisbeth Condo and Marge Heffel, the owners and onsite directors, love their work and are proud of Cornerstone’s reputation. “Twenty years, and it’s still fun!”
