A second spooky season of lantern-lit Spirits of Milford Ghost Walks will kick off Sept. 18.

Starting at 7 p.m. at the Hotchkiss Bridge near Lisman Landing, the walks take participants on a roughly 1.15-mile loop through the downtown Milford area, as writer and storyteller Cindy Wolfe Boynton weaves tales of the macabre with those of Milford history. Ghost stories, local lore and a chance to try out paranormal investigation tools are all part of the fun.

Walks will be offered on the following weekends: Sept. 18 and 19; Oct. 2, 3, 4, 10, 11, 17, 18, 23, 24, 25, 31; Nov. 1, 7 and 8.

Walks last approximately 90 minutes and are appropriate for all ages. Tickets are $15 and must be purchased online, in advance, as space on each walk is strictly limited. Children 4 and under are free.
