Trumbull’s Valentine’s Day Dance Party is back this year, open to special needs adults in the Greater Bridgeport area.
This year’s dance, for high school aged residents and up, is Friday, Feb. 13 at Trumbull High School from 7 to 10 p.m..
Organized by members of the Trumbull M.O.R.E. group, the dance offers a night of dancing, food and photographs, all for free.
Retired Trumbull Police Officer Mark Smith, the event chairperson, said the dance was started last year because there aren’t enough events in the area for adults with special needs. Organizers wanted to create a fun and free night for all in the area.
