STEAM Explorers — Gallery of Games, Saturday, Nov. 1, 9:30 a.m.-noon. Ages 8-12; cost: $50/child. Using Caine’s Arcade as an inspiration, children will design and create a prototype of an arcade using recycled materials.

Fall Back to Nature Day — Saturday, Nov. 1, 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Recommended for families with children ages 12 and under. Free ($2 donation/child suggested). Bring your family and friends to this free event and enjoy an afternoon filled with outdoor fun and learning, crafts, vendors, snacks and more. Children wearing their Halloween costumes will receive a door prize (while supplies last).

ArtSmart! Art Lab Day — Printmaking and Collage. Tuesday, Nov. 4, 9 a.m.-noon (day off school). Ages 7 and up. Cost: $43/child. A fun, creative way to spend a morning off with friends. Join Miss Kathy to explore a variety of media and learn some cool techniques to enhance your artistic skills. The morning will consist of a main project, time for experimentation in the featured media and the creation of individual collections of artist trading cards.
