It's apple season, and the Trumbull Farmers Market has all the freshest produce from around the state.

The last Farmers Market of the 2016 season will be Thursday, Oct. 13, from 3:30-6:30 p.m., at the Nichols Improvement Association, 1773 Huntington Tpke., in Trumbull.

Stock up on your favorite items and enjoy eating dinner outside in one the most picturesque areas of Trumbull.

Any residents or businesses that hosted lawn signs are kindly asked to return them to the side of the garage.
