Junior League of Eastern Fairfield County hosts new member open houses

The Junior League of Eastern Fairfield County (JLEFC) will hold new member open houses on Sept. 20, at 6 p.m., at the Westport Inn, and Sept. 30, at 10:30 a.m., at the Starbucks located in the Fairfield University Bookstore.

The JLEFC is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women and improving communities through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Women interested in learning more about the JLEFC and considering membership are invited to attend one of these events.

“We are so excited to introduce women in our area to the Junior League of Eastern Fairfield County,” said Patricia Boyd, JLEFC president, 2016-2017. “These open houses are an ideal time to connect with members of our League and learn more about what we do.
