'Give Back' night at Old Towne Restaurant Monday

Two Booth Hill School fifth-grade students in the Trumbull Academically Gifted Program (TAG) have organized “give-back” nights at area restaurants to assist the Connecticut Food Bank.  Rachel Weintraub and Calyn Carbone came up with the idea as part of their project for the TAG program.

A portion of the final bill for meals eaten at Old Towne Restaurant, 60 Quality St., on Monday, Feb. 3, will be donated to the Connecticut Food Bank. The Connecticut Food Bank is a non-profit organization that has been helping the hungry for 32 years.
