Memory Café: A Caregiver Support Group — For caregivers of a loved one with memory challenges on Thursday, Nov. 10, at noon. Taking care of a loved one with memory challenges is difficult. Join for their monthly caregiver support group to share your caregiving story while also hearing the stories of others on the same journey. Lunch will be served.
Caregiving Through the Holidays — Thursday, Nov. 10 at 3 p.m. The hustle and bustle of the holiday season can make it a stressful time of year for caregivers and their loved ones alike. Learn stress-minimizing tips that will help you both stay in the holiday spirit during this informative presentation led by Alicia Seaver, a certified memory impairment specialist and Director of Memory Care at Bridges by EPOCH.
