Teddy bear sleepover and breakfast — Ages 3 and up. Friday, Sept. 30, by 5 p.m., and Saturday, Oct. 1, 9-10 a.m. Drop off your favorite stuffed animal you are willing to part with for the night (Friday) and join us for breakfast Saturday, at the library to see what fun your friend had and enjoy breakfast. Stuffed friends must be dropped off by 5 p.m. Friday. Trumbull residents. Registration required, for child and family coming to breakfast.

Preschool University for 4's and 5's — Tuesday, Oct. 4, 11-11:45 a.m. Preschoolers will practice the skills needed for kindergarten all while having fun with this new story time format. Register. Child or caregiver Trumbull resident.

WWI History Series for Adults, #2 of 4 — Versailles and the Aftermath. Wednesday, Oct. 5, 10:30-11:30 a.m. A new look: the Europeans who started WWI would not emerge winners in the long run. The victors would be outsiders, the United States and the Soviet Union, leading to the Cold War. Led by historian Mark Albertson. Many details online. Free. Art Explorers — Ages 3-5. Thursday, Oct. 6, 10:30-11 a.m. Welcome, art explorers. In this art class, you'll get to make wonderful projects that you can take home. For ages 3-5. Registration is required. This program is held twice monthly.

Toddler Yoga with Jyothi — Ages 1-4. Thursday, Oct. 6, 11:30 a.m.-noon. Jyothi and yoga for toddlers. Parents are welcome to join their children. Children will learn postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and relaxation in a fun, age-appropriate setting with music. Mats not required. Register; max. 10 in each class.
