Digital Downloading Free with Hoopla and Zinio — Friday, Nov. 18, 10-11:30 a.m. Hear about the Hoopla system for downloading or live streaming: ebooks, audiobooks, comics, movies, television shows, or music; and also the Zinio system for magazines. Library staff member Mary Rogers will demonstrate how easy it is to search these systems and download to your device. Trumbull residents. Register. Bring your device and we’ll help.
Sugar Scrub Spa Workshop — Middle and high school. Saturday, Nov. 19, 3:30-4:30 p.m. It’s really easy to make your own sugar scrubs. Come create two different scrubs to take home for yourself or to give as a gift. All materials supplied. Register. Free.
Bookmark contest — K-grade 5. Get your application, and fill in the big box with your bookmark design. The theme is books, reading, or your favorite characters. Original entries only. Applications in Children’s. Return your design to Children’s by Thursday, Dec. 1.
Toddler Time for 2’s and 3’s — Monday, Nov. 21 or Wednesday, Nov. 23, 9:30-10:15 a.m. Toddlers will explore learning stations, music and movement, and great stories in our new storytime format. Child or caregiver Trumbull resident. Register.
