Middle and high school/Mod Podge canvas art — Thursday, April 17, 4:30-5:30 p.m. Create wall art from a blank canvas, Mod Podge and a variety of materials. You decide what design to create. All materials provided, or bring in some pictures or word art of your own. Limit 20. Registration required.

Pennant contest — One Book-One Town 2014: Baseball. Grades K-5. Children’s designed pennants on display in the main library for all to enjoy.

April vacation — Fun with Eric Herman’s Cool Tunes for Kids. Wednesday, April 16, 11-11:45 a.m. Bursting with comedy, creativity, audience participation and outrageously fun songs, Eric’s shoe will have kids dancing, smiling, and laughing. Trumbull residents. Drop in.

April vacation — Fun at the Trumbull Library: Disney’s movie Frozen. Thursday, April 17, 11 a.m.1 p.m. Fearless optimist Anna sets off on an epic journey — teaming up with mountain man Kristoff and his reindeer Sven — to find her sister Elsa, trapped in the kingdom of Arendelle in eternal winter. Dress up if you choose and singing is encouraged. 102 minutes, rated PG. Trumbull resident. Drop in.

Future famous authors and artists — Saturday, April 12, 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Ages 7 and up. Do you love to draw? Do you love to write? Join this fun club that combines these two activities, second Saturday, of each month. Materials provided. Trumbull residents. Register.
