On Monday, May 19, Trumbull Rotary Club will host its annual golf outing at Tashua Knolls Golf Club, to raise money for the community. “Whether you care about students, veterans, hungry children or seniors, the Trumbull Rotary Golf Outing is where you can make a real difference,” said Ed Gillespie, the chairman of the committee.  Proceeds from the outing will go to providing student scholarships, as well as to organizations helping children, veterans, and seniors in need.

This year’s golf event is all-inclusive, which means players are automatically entered in every contest and every event, and receive raffle tickets and mulligans. In addition to four hole-in one contests and a $50,000 challenge, the tournament will be giving away a $500 JetBlue card, a weekend golf get-away and other prizes. With the BBQ lunch, on-course beverages and lavish cocktail hour and dinner reception, the Rotary Golf Outing is always ranked as one of the best outings in the county.

“There is still room to register,” said Gillespie. For information and registration, visit trumbullrotary.org.
