Trumbull Historian/Author, Sue DelBianco, has produced a video on the history of The Trumbull Valley when train was king, promoting industry and linking the communities. The video contains captivating historical images of the railroad, trains, ice houses, mills, and Trumbull’s very own amusement park called Parlor Rock.

Today, the abandoned railroad bed has beome one of Connecticut’s best reacreational paths called Rails To Trails. Why did the train line fade out? This video tells the real story.
