Michael Infante is the Construction Project Manager for Habitat for Humanity’s Hospital Avenue; a $1.2 million affordable housing project in Danbury. The project, which is underway, will sell five affordable condos to five low-income families early in 2014. The homes, which are sold at cost, will be financed through Habitat’s 0% mortgage. The Hospital Avenue project is sponsored by the Goldstone Foundation.

Infante, a Trumbull resident, is a construction project manager and consultant who has remediation services experience. Infante has worked in the construction environment for more than three decades. During his career he has worked with the Army Corp of Engineers, US EPA, State of CT DOT and State of CT DEEP. According to Housatonic Habitat for Humanity Affiliate Director, Fran Norman, “Mike brings an important skill set to this complex 5-unit condo project on Hospital Avenue.”

In addition, Infante has built many residential homes and communities in the surrounding towns of Trumbull, Shelton and Monroe. Infante brought Castle Wood Estates, the first residential community that includes affordable housing to the Town of Monroe.
