The Trumbull Library has announced its summer computer sessions schedule.

Friday, June 5, 10-11:30 a.m., Overdrive/E-Book Reader Demo. A lecture-demonstration of the Overdrive service: How to search for an item; place it in a cart; check it out; and download to a device.

Wednesday, July 1, 10-11:30 a.m., Database Discovery: Travel. A lecture-demonstration introduction to some travel-related online databases available through Trumbull Library and the State of Connecticut including A-to-Z World Travel and Visit Connecticut.

Friday, August 7, 10-11:30 a.m., Advanced E-Mail: Beyond the Basics. For people who already send and receive email. This lecture-demonstration session will explain how to create an address book, how to send attachments, and how to create folders.

In addition, there are still openings available for the Friday, May 22 class, Very, Very, Very Basic Internet Searching. This lecture-demonstration is scheduled from 10-11:30 a.m., and offers a starting-from-scratch introduction to searching the internet.
