Father-son medical team moves to Fairfield
Dr. Mark Breiner and Dr. Adam Breiner, whose respective holistic dental and medical practices in the Breiner Whole-Body Health Center have long been based in Trumbull, announced their move to Fairfield.
The father and son team offers distinct but complementary approaches to health. “Our passion and excitement is to discover, share and implement innovative ways to bring people to better health, and our new space will assist us in that endeavor,” said Dr. Adam Breiner. The new offices are at 501 Kings Highway East, Fairfield, near Interstate I-95 and a mile from the Fairfield Metro train station.
Dr. Mark A. Breiner, DDS, is a holistic dentist and recognized authority in the field of biological dentistry with more than 40 years of experience. He has been a leader in challenging the safety of placing mercury in the mouth and has identified other dental hazards to one’s health.
He is a graduate of the Temple University School of Dentistry, a fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, a past-president and fellow of the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology, and a diplomate of the College of Dentistry, American Association of Integrative Medicine.
His book on the relationship of teeth to whole body health, Whole-Body Dentistry®: A Complete Guide to Understanding the Impact of Dentistry on Total Health, represents a shift away from the traditional approach to dentistry and recognizes that problems in the mouth can cause a host of seemingly unrelated physical illnesses. The book has been sold worldwide and was recently translated into Japanese.
Dr. Adam Breiner is a naturopathic physician who uses cutting-edge approaches to treat a wide range of health conditions, from brain trauma to Lyme disease. He is a graduate of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and has presented his pioneering work on the combined use of hyperbaric oxygen therapy and EEG neuro-biofeedback at various national symposiums.
Dr. David Brady, an internationally recognized authority in integrative medicine and nutrition, and Dr. Elena Sokolova, an expert in oriental medicine and female health issues, also practice naturopathic medicine at the center.
“Adam and I, and our colleagues, are thrilled to make this long-anticipated move to Fairfield. We look forward to better serving our existing patients and to welcoming new patients to our practice,” Breiner said.
