Zavadsky goes out winner

Eric Zavadsky, a product of Trumbull and St. Joseph High, recently completed his fourth and final season with the Union College football team.

During his final year, Zavadsky played in all 10 games for the Dutchmen, recording 176 receiving yards and three touchdowns. Zavadsky was a dynamic player and a key part of the Union offense during his impressive tenure with the Dutchmen.

Overall, Union finished 6-4 under coach John Audino and won six out of its last sevn games to finish in second place in the Liberty League.

The season culminated with a thrilling overtime victory against long time rival RPI in the Dutchmen Shoes game.
