According to the National Weather Service, a winter weather advisory is in effect from Monday, Feb. 15, at 1 p.m. until Tuesday, Feb. 16 at 7 a.m.

The report said that snow is likely to start falling Monday after 4 p.m with wind chill values between zero and 10.

While the chance of precipitation is listed at 70% and the total daytime snow accumulation is expected to be less than one inch, the forecast is calling for a combination of snow and freezing rain between 10 p.m. and 1 a.m. Monday night into early Tuesday morning.

With temperature rising to around 42 by 5 a.m., there is a heavy fog expected with a wind chill value between 20 and 25.

The chance of precipitation is 90% for Tuesday morning, but little or no ice accumulation expected.
