Trumbull EMS held a recognition dinner May 23, in celebration of National EMS Week.

Awards were given out to those members who spent countless hours serving the residents of Trumbull, according to Joseph Laucella, EMS chief.

A Distinguished Service Award was presented to Michael Delvecchio, for commitment, support and inspiration to Trumbull EMS. Vi Watson was given a Past President Award in appreciation for 29 years of service. Barbara Crandall also received a Distinguished Service Award for her service and commitment. EMS Volunteer of the Year award went to Lisa Deeds.

Awards of Excellence were presented to members who gave their time and love to those in need during Blizzard Nemo. Those awards wen too Nate Mills, Michael Relva, Shirley Mayo, Dick Mayo, Kathy Brooks and Roger Tiberio.
