Jump Rope for Heart, which was originally scheduled for Wednesday, April 20, has been rescheduled for Monday, May 9.
The 5th grade dance will be held on Friday, April 22.
The 5th grade Variety Show is Sunday, May 1. Please support your 5th graders by buying raffle tickets, placing a booster ad, or coming to the show.
Administrative Professional Day is Wednesday, April 27. Thank you to all those who help make our school a wonderful place.

Thursday, April 28, will be our next PTA meeting and nominations will be made for the open officer positions for the 2016-2017 school year.
Saturday, April 30, is the Invention Convention at UCONN. Student winners from each elementary school were invited to attend and display their invention.
Wednesday, May 4, will be our next Father’s Club meeting. All dads are invited to attend.
PTA Plant Sales will be on Thursday, May 5 and Friday, May 6.
BINGO Night will be on Friday, May 6. Information will be sent home shortly.
Every Tuesday will be Spirit Day. Students and staff will wear blue and white, Frenchtown spirit wear or a shirt with a Wolf on it. The last Tuesday of every month is Citizenship Day when students and staff wear red, white and blue.
Rewards Program — We are participating in ShopRite for Education. Our school code is 49972. Sign up if you already have a Shop Rite Price Plus Club Card. If not, get one the next time you are at ShopRite and then enroll your card. Frenchtown earns points towards free educational equipment.
We are collecting Box Tops for Education. Don't forget to send them in.

The School Store is open for business on Thursday, April 21 from 11:30 a.m.-1:15 p.m.
Teacher Appreciation Week is May 2-6. The PTA sponsors many activities for our amazing teachers. The PTA will be looking for donations of food, paper goods, raffle prizes and money to help make this week a success. Keep a lookout for more information in an e-blast.
The Mother’s Day Plant sale will be on Friday, May 6. Kids will be shopping with their classes between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Remember to send your children with some money and an empty shoebox. Please see I-volunteer site to sign up for a shift. Contact Jane Fleischner with any questions. Pre orders will be available for pick up in the gym on Thursday, May 5 between 3 and 6 p.m.
The PTA is still looking to fill some vacancies for the 2016-18 term, including co-presidents, Bingo Chairperson and Reflections Chairperson. Contact Diana Inesta or Kristine Vitola if interested.
The Kids Marathon is officially kicked off for spring. The kids are running on Wednesdays and Fridays. Forms have gone out and should be returned to school to sign up for the final mile on May 22. The PTA will be asking for volunteers as we get closer to the final mile to help that day.

The Spring Concert will be on Tuesday, May 24 at Madison Middle School at 7 p.m. Featured will be the school’s string orchestra, school band and fifth grade chorus.
The fourth grade Flag Day concert will be held on Friday, June 10 in the cafeteria for fourth grade parents and families at 2:15 p.m.
