The Connecticut Premier Hoops Development High School team traveled to Albany, N.Y. to play in the King of the Mountain Basketball Tournament on Oct. 25. PHD has been playing together since 5th grade and is coached by Jay Conway. They won the title by 26 points over a foe that had defeated the locals by six points in pool play. This is PHD’s third straight tourney title.
