The Connecticut Classic Art will meet Thursday, Dec. 5, at 12:30 p.m. in the Trumbull Library Community Room. The meeting will begin with a luncheon theme of van Gogh’s ‘Starry Night.’

Robert Noreika is the featured artist who will paint a winter scene using acrylics. He uses a wide variety of subjects highlighted by coastal, woodland and country scenes. A national award winning artist and illustrator, his paintings hang in corporate and private collections throughout the United States, Europe and Japan and he also has a painting that is part of the permanent collection of the New Britain Museum of Art.

Both events are open to the public. Cost for members is $3/non-members $6 for the luncheon and meeting.
