Mr. and Mrs. John Schlechtweg II of Trumbull have announced the marriage of their daughter, Jennifer Schlechtweg to Seth Phostole, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Phostole of Meriden.
The couple was married on June 24, 2016 at Christ the King Church in Old Lyme. They celebrated their marriage at Saybrook Point Inn in Old Saybrook.
The groom earned his undergraduate degree from the SUNY New Paltz, his master’s degree in speech pathology from SCSU, and is pursuing his intermediate administrator certification from SCSU. He is a speech and language pathologist for Meriden Public Schools.
The bride earned her undergraduate degree from UConn, her master’s degree in curriculum and instruction from UConn, and her sixth-year certificate of advanced study in administration from SHU. She is an assistant principal at Ridgefield High School.
The couple honeymooned in Antigua.
