    Haar: Colleague's wrong-way crash death prods lawmakers to act
    Warning lights were installed in 2020 along the Interstate 84 westbound Exit 8 off-ramp as part of an effort to combat wrong-way driving. The roughly $250,000 project was part of an initiative by the state Department of Transportation to upgrade and standardize traffic signs and pavement markings.
