As of Monday morning, there are still around 90,000 power outages across Connecticut.
As of 6 a.m. Monday, Eversource reported more than 87,000 of its customers were still without power.
United Illuminating officials reported 2,657 outages - less than 1 percent of its customers.
UI said power restoration “will be substantially complete by the end of the day Monday.”
Eversource said power should be “substantially” restored by 11:59 p.m. Tuesday.

Tropical Storm Isaias already ranks among some of the most destructive storms in Connecticut’s recent history.
The state estimates peak outages from the storm at more than 1 million, with more than 800,000 at Eversource.
When a Nor’easter swept through Connecticut in 2011 and left about 830,000 residents without electricity, it took Eversource nearly a week to restore power.
