TRUMBULL — Multiple people were taken to the hospital after a two-vehicle crash near Main Street Friday night, according to the Long Hill Volunteer Fire Company.

Firefighters were dispatched to the intersection of Main Street and Route 25 at approximately 10:15 p.m. for a motor vehicle accident with injuries, officials said on Facebook.

“The first arriving company found a 2 car accident with one vehicle off the road that had rolled over with an occupant ejected from the vehicle and a 2nd vehicle involved with multiple injuries,” officials said. “Crews secured both vehicles and applied absorbent to a fluid spill from both vehicles.”

Those who were injured were taken to the hospital by Trumbull ambulances and EMTs, officials said.
