It is October and we are celebrating fall, Breast Cancer Month and Judy being a 3½-year-survivor! To all of the women out there, we have a few things to say to you: Get your mammogram, fight for an ultrasound if you have dense breasts and if you can’t do it for yourself, do it for the people that love you.
With that being said, we all need to feed our bodies with healthy foods so our immune system will be strong enough to fight off disease. Remember the saying “We are what we eat”? Well we are! This stew is comfort food at its best and it will feed your soul as well as your body.
