Downloading e-Books with Free Overdrive Software — Wednesday, Feb. 4, 10-11:30 a.m. A lecture/demonstration of the Overdrive system for downloading e-Books, audiobooks, and live streaming of video to your e-reader. Storytime for 2 1/2 to 3-years-old — Tuesday, Feb. 3, 10:30-11 a.m., or Wednesday, Feb. 4, 9:30-10 a.m. Eye-catching books, fingerplay, music, and a fun age-appropriate craft make for a wonderful learning experience for our young pre-readers and their caregivers. Child must be 2 1/2 by Jan. 12, 2015. Register. Child or caregiver Trumbull resident.

Storytime for 4’s and 5’s — Tuesday, Feb. 3, 11-11:30 a.m. Share books, songs, and a fun age appropriate craft. Child or caregiver Trumbull resident. Child must be age 4 by Jan. 12, 2015. Register.

Baby Café — 6 months to 2 years. Wednesday, Feb. 4, or Thursday, Feb. 5, 11-11:30 a.m. Baby’s first introduction to the library. Babies and caregivers can expect a jam-packed session of rhythm and rhymes guaranteed to enchant our littlest explorers. Caregiver or child Trumbull resident. Drop in.

Messy Mystery II — Grades 3-5. Thursday, Feb. 5, 5-5:30pm. A special mystery craft time for Trumbull children in grades 3-5. What will you create? What will you hear? Who knows? But it will be fun. Registration required, separately for each session.

Fairchild Toddler Yoga with Jyothi — Ages 1- 4. Wednesday, Feb. 4, 11:30 a.m.-noon. Every Wednesday, in February parents are welcome to join their children. Children will learn postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and relaxation in a fun, age-appropriate setting with supportive music. Mats are not required. Register.

Fairchild Story Scenes — Ages 6-8. Wednesday, Feb. 4, 4-5 p.m. Come listen to a chapter-book story and participate in an ongoing craft. Max. 10; registration required.

Fairchild storytime — Ages 2 1/2-3. Thursday, Feb. 5, 10:30-11 a.m. Listen to amazing stories, sing happy songs, and make beautiful fun crafts that you can take home. Drop in.
