Trumbull Library System announcement — To help defray the rising cost of adding more books and media to the collection, the Library Board (which sets policy for the library) has decided to raise the overdue book fine from $.10 to $.15 per day, which will be the first increase in over 30 years. As in the past, all fine money is used to purchase library materials; in this way we also hope to meet the many requests in the Survey to grow the collection. The new rate will take effect on January 1, 2016.
