How to fund college without going broke — Saturday, June 7, 11a.m.-12:15 p.m., and Tuesday, June 10, 6:30-7:45 p.m.. Trumbull resident Mike Dailey’s excellent class covering how to plan for college expenses, including what it might cost, wise college choice, how to finance more than one child, and the best way to manage the expense. Film Fanatics. — Tuesday, June 10: 6:30-7:30 p.m. Joe Meyers, Hearst Media Entertainment Writer, hosts our film club, with a discussion of the summer’s blockbusters with fellow film fanatics. Registration required.

Nichols Needles — For June-all ages. Monday, June 9, 6-7 p.m. Do you knit, crochet, cross-stitch, or practice any other kind of needle craft? Join us for a weekly gathering of needle crafters. Bring your latest project and join your neighbors to share tips, inspiration, and great company. Drop in. All abilities welcome.
