Transitioning to Kindergarten: Practical tips and strategies — Monday, Aug. 4, 5-6:30 p.m. Attention parents: Certified School Psychologist Monica Rothstein comes to discuss the emotional aspects for children and parents, tips to support adjustment, how to speak to your child about kindergarten, and parent-school communication. Henna tattoo workshop for teens/tweens — Summer Reading Road Trip. Wednesday, Aug. 6, 4-5:30 p.m. Join henna artist Jamilah for her wonderful washable tattoo program.
