Trumbull Revisited: Our Town in Photographs, 1870-1970

The Trumbull Historical Society presents Trumbull Revisited: Our Town in Photographs, 1870-1970, on Wednesday, March 25, at 6 p.m., a program based on their new book, Trumbull Revisited, published as part of Arcadia Publishing’s “Images of America” series. It will be held at Fairchild Memorial Library, 1718 Huntington Tpke., in Trumbull.

Co-authors Jennifer Winschel, John Lauria, Alicia Preusch and Debra Silber will present a slideshow of photographs spanning two centuries as they discuss Trumbull’s growth from a sleepy farming community to a modern suburban town. There will be ample time to ask questions and share memories or insights.

The slideshow will be followed by a book sale and signing. Books are available for $22.
