The 35th annual Trumbull Arts Festival takes place on Sunday, Sept. 15, from 10 a.m.-4 p.m., on the Historic Town Hall Green, 5866 Main St., rain or shine, featuring more than 65 juried fine artists and crafters from the tri-state area, day long entertainment, a Children’s Creative Center and food booths.
