HAN Radio’s Coffee Break news show is taking a cocktail break today with special guest and mixologist “Bootleg" Greg Genias and Executive Chef Chris Molyneux of Trumbull’s Parallel Post.
Both will be preparing some food and beverages for hosts John Kovach, managing editor and Kate Czaplinski, Trumbull Times editor. They will also be talking about a special event the restaurant is hosting Monday, April 20.
Genias is featured in the new book, The Field Guide to Drinking in America by Niki Ganong. Parallel Post is throwing a launch party for the book, that will include food and cocktail samplings mixed with brews by Half Full Brewery.
