The Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Center (OSM) of Trumbull is accepting applications for a $2,000 scholarship and several additional scholarships. The scholarship is open to Fairfield County high school athletes planning to attend college in the fall of 2015.
OSM is looking for outstanding high school seniors who excel in three areas: student athletic achievements, academic accomplishments and community service. The scholarship is open to high schools where OSM serves as team physicians: Trumbull High School, St. Joseph High School, Masuk High School, Harding High School, Central High School, Christian Heritage School, Notre Dame High School and Bassick High School.
Interested students must fill out the application, which is available from their high school guidance counselor or athletic director. The application may also be downloaded from OSM’s website, osmcenter.com.
Applications must be submitted by May 15, 2015 to Lisa Jaser, Office Manager, The Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Center, 888 White Plains Rd., Trumbull, CT 06611. OSM will select winners in June 2015.
