Chip’s Family Restaurants in Trumbull and Southbury will be open for customers to enjoy their famous pancake breakfast on Thanksgiving morning, all to benefit Make-A-Wish of Connecticut. For $12 a person, guests will receive a 2x2x2 breakfast (2 pancakes, 2 eggs, 2 strips of bacon, and coffee) from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m., and 100% of proceeds will benefit Make-A- Wish, whose mission is to grant the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions.
“Chip’s is a family owned restaurant with real family values. As our mission serves kids and their families, this partnership is a perfect fit,” said Kim Smith, Development Director for Make-A-Wish Connecticut. “This event comes at a season of giving and a time of thanks, and what a wonderful way to spend Thanksgiving morning, celebrating with family and friends while helping a child in need. Thank you to the entire Chip’s family for their support.”
In year’s past, this event has raised nearly $5,000.
