Nutritionist opens weight loss studio and hosts open house

On Thursday, Sept. 26, Nutritionist and Fairfield resident Annette Alfieri is hosting an Open House for Annette Alfieri Nutrition, a new weight loss and whole living studio, at 61 Sherman Street, third floor, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. and 5-8 p.m.

Guests will receive tips on how to lose weight without dieting, have exercise questions answered by personal trainer, Rore Middleton of Evolution Personal Training, and sample treats by Rose Hattabaugh of Sweet Rose Bakes. Attendees will receive a complimentary goody bag and be entered to win one of three giveaways; a free flat belly detox, a 6-week group weight loss program and a 30-minute personal training session.

Alfieri offers one-on-one consultations, as well as the Lighten Up! Six-Week Group Weight Loss Program and the DIY Flat Belly Detox, both of which she created.  In addition to these programs, her studio will offer evening workshops on topics, including nutrition, motivation, and awareness, and she will also provide maintenance programs and lunchtime support groups.

A nutritionist since 2008, Alfieri teaches women how to lose weight without dieting. “I help clients find the joy in food again,” says Alfieri. “We determine how and why the food love-hate relationship started. I don’t provide the quick fix - it’s about getting to the root of the problem by addressing personal habits, exercise, lifestyle and of course, nutrition to determine how to make permanent lifestyle changes.”

Alfieri has helped hundreds of Fairfield County residents lose weight without dieting. “The way we feel about ourselves is the way we put ourselves out into the world. Everyone deserves to feel good inside and out, “ says Alfieri.

Alfieri is the creator and founder of Annette Alfieri Nutrition, formerly MindBodyWhole, LLC, a fast-growing company that helps women and men reclaim healthy, energetic lives by addressing mindset, motivation, awareness and nutrition. She is also a former restrictive eater who discovered a better way to eat and live without the constant scrutiny of every bite.
