Ring’s End coming to Trumbull Center this fall

Trumbull Center was among the topics discussed Tuesday by First Selectman Tim Herbst.
Trumbull Center will be adding Ring’s End this fall, says First Selectman Tim Herbst.

Peter DiNardo Enterprises, Inc. announced Tuesday, Sept. 1 that a lease has been signed with Ring’s End.

This will be the 16th location for the regional home improvement supply chain, which is known for its quality products, personal attention and expert staff.

Founded in 1902 and based in Connecticut, Ring’s End supplies kitchen and bath products, lumber & fencing, tools and hardware, Benjamin Moore paints, and much more.

“I think Ring’s End will be well-poised to succeed in Trumbull,” said Peter DiNardo, investment partner and asset manager for Trumbull Center.

“Not only can you find excellent products and advice at Ring’s End, you can also grab a cup of coffee at the center, do some banking, pick up the dry cleaning, maybe see a few familiar faces,” he added. “That’s exactly how we are hoping to position the new and improved Trumbull Center.”

Ring’s End will be located next to Parker’s Steak & Scotch and PNC Mortgage, on the north side of Trumbull Center on White Plains Road. Occupying 3,200 square feet with room to expand, the retailer hopes to open in late fall/early winter.

“Trumbullites have spoken loud and clear that they want more neighborhood-scale amenities in town,” said First Selectman Tim Herbst.  “In addition to quality restaurants — six new eateries have opened in the past two years, that means welcoming retailers such as Ring’s End.

“In their many other stores along Connecticut’s gold coast, Ring’s End has shown a dedication to community,” he added. “I’m proud to welcome them to Trumbull and look forward to the official ribbon-cutting later this year. We need to build upon these quality tenants as we seek to continue rehabilitation of Trumbull Center.”
