Jonny Dzurenda scored 22 points and Quincy McKnight had 20 points when the third-ranked St. Joseph High boys basketball team posted a 63-61 FCIAC victory over 12th-ranked Westhill High in Stamford on Monday.
Coach Chris Watts’ Cadets (18-1, 16-1 FCIAC) traded 18-7 periods with the Vikings (15-4, 14-3) and then took a 44-39 lead into the final period.
Jake Pelletier scored 10 points and Raekwon Reid had seven.
