St. Joseph put it to Norwalk High on Tuesday when the third-ranked Cadets scored 30 points in the opening quarter en route to a 90-65 FCIAC boys basketball victory at the Vito Montelli Gymnasium.
Jake Pelletier made four 3-pointers and went 6-for-6 at the foul line to finish with 26 points.
Jonny Dzurenda scored 23 points, including a trio from long range, as St. Joseph improved to 14-1.
Quincy McKnight had 22 points in the win over the Bears (11-5).
