Powell leads quick start by Cadets

Colin Powell scored a pair of first-period goals to lead St. Joseph to a 5-2 boys hockey victory over Greenwich High on Tuesday.
The Cadets are 11-4, while the Cards fell to 8-7.
Christian Keator assisted on both goals and Sean Smith on the second.
Zach Usinger made it 3-1 early in the second period off an assist from Sean Hurley.
Andrew Gore completed the scoring at 4-2 in the stanza with Ryan Corcoran and Keator earning assists.
Corcoran, from Chris Kirven, tallied in the third.
Marc Van Etten made 15 saves.
